For Wednesday

I am sorry for this late posting, but you all hopefully wrote the assignment in your planners!

For Wednesday, you are to read Chapters 5 & 6.
For each chapter, on a 3x5 card, you are to note the following:

• brief summary
• any questions you may have
• important, revealing quotes
• Significant Notes on conflict, AHA moments, character motives, etc...
• any vocabulary words that you may need to look up.

Read chapters 1-4 (pages 2-35)

• Write down names of characters and a description
• Find 3-5 words you don't know  and write the definition

This week in English

The first half of the class gave their Identity presentations - they were terrific!
The second half will present on Wednesday - make sure to have your  Philosophy of Life printed out and your presentation ready (either email it to me or have it on a thumb drive).

We will begin a new book on Friday!!
